This video is intended for all Los Angeles Area firefighters. This is the second safety stand-down of 2020. In these uncertain times, we are particularly mindful of the heightened stress faced by members of the fire service. This video addresses how firefighters can remain vigilant, resolve conflicts, and find support for stress-related challenges such as depression, family tension, substance abuse, domestic violence, and suicidal thoughts.
