It is mission-critical to maintain interoperability and effective coordination between Cal OES and local fire departments–including all of the fire departments in Los Angeles County, served by LAAFCA RTG.
The fire service is experiencing a demographic shift with veteran fire service members nearing and entering retirement and a growing cohort of new, younger recruits. This training will address concerns regarding the ongoing success of the fire service in light of these demographic changes.
